RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
All products are bespoke and made-to-measure. Our garments and accessories are made with utmost care and love to dress you up perfectly. Eshaani Jayaswal does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by Eshaani Jayaswal.
Returns are not applicable unless the product has been received defective (torn etc).
However, if there is a genuine quality defect on a custom order (not from the sale section) , then at our sole discretion, sold goods may be exchanged for a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
Please also note : All Sale pieces are NON-EXCHANGEABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE
Our Exchange/Return policy is subject to the following:
- Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. In all the above scenarios, the client must notify eshaani-jayaswal.com about the issue over a call or Whatsapp during business hours but most importantly with an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.
- Eshaani Jayaswal will not provide the option of exchange for reasons like colour mismatch and exchange for size.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable/exchangeable
However, in the case of a possible size alteration, we can accommodate the request at an added cost where all shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
It is only after receiving an acknowledgment of the same from eshaani-jayaswal.com, you may send the outfit back to us for the necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization. The customer will be responsible to pick-up products sent without prior intimation. Once the garment is received by Eshaani Jayaswal Studio, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with eshaani-jayaswal.com only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. While returning the outfit please ensure that the merchandise is unused, and is in a properly sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and you still haven’t received the refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
